Pivotal Tracker for rescue.co
Pivotal Tracker for rescue.co is a Chrome add-on developed by mariarabinovich. It is a free tool designed to help non-technical team members at rescue.co, a software development company, to effectively use Pivotal Tracker, a popular work management tool.
The add-on replaces the terminology used in Pivotal Tracker with terms that are more familiar to non-technical team members. For example, the story types of feature, bug, chore, and release are replaced with terms like Initiative or project work, Unplanned but important iteration or last minute client request, Chore or operational BAU (Business as Usual), and Milestone or Release. Additionally, the add-on changes "Epics" to "Initiatives (Epics)".
By using Pivotal Tracker for rescue.co, teams can track metrics and monitor progress across all departments, including software development and operational teams. This allows for a comprehensive view of overall progress and productivity metrics.
Please note that this is the first iteration of the add-on and its effectiveness is yet to be determined. However, it is freely available and can be modified, replicated, distributed, and used under the provided license.
